About The Conference Exchange

The Conference Exchange (Confex) provides online and onsite information management services for large conferences. We collect and manage data for hundreds of conferences annually. Our systems collect abstracts, manuscripts, registration payments, and award applications from academics and other professionals in a wide variety of fields, helping associations advance the professional development of their members. Conference planners use that system to review the submissions, to invite other speakers, and to build coherent conference programs. We then generate the outputs required for the print and digital versions of the conference program and for related journals, books, and digital media. Our specialists routinely travel to conferences around the country and abroad to manage onsite registration and to record over ten thousand conference presentations every year.
